Dining

Jam!

I would travel to Bozeman for the sole purpose of eating breakfast at Jam!. Known for its creative menu and vibrant atmosphere, Jam! is a can’t-miss. The portions are generous and the ingredients are rich— you will absolutely not leave hungry. Recommendations: OG Biscuits and Gravy; the Pancake Flight; Huckleberry-Coriander Scone.

Main Street Overeasy

Main Street Overeasy trends to the more American-style breakfast and brunch offerings. But don’t let that fool you—the folks at Main Street Overeasy take the standard American breakfast and give it a Montana makeover. Bison features heavily in signature dishes, and local ingredients feature prominently in creative dishes like the Sacajawea Benedict (poached eggs, smoked salmon, spinach, artichokes, mushrooms, hollandaise on English Muffins) Recommendations: Yellowstone Bison Scramble; Bobcat Benedict; Western Omlette.

Western Café

Western Café is like stepping back in time. A true standard of hearty Western fare fit for a cowboy. A humble interior belies true Americana, like chicken fried steak and steak and eggs, and the patty melt. Sit at the bar if you can. Recommendations: The Bridgers (8 oz sirloin and two fried eggs); Chicken fried steak; Homemade cinnamon roll.

Map Brewing

Perhaps more impressive than the exceptional selection of beer on tap is the gorgeous mountain view. Sit outside and enjoy a curiously perfect combination of lager with the signature poutine. Recommendation: Poutine; Classic Burger: Daniel’s Brat.
